Michelle helps clients navigate complex legal issues in all facets of intellectual property.  In particular, she is a registered patent attorney and is well-versed in patent and trademark preparation, prosecution, and enforcement.  Michelle has experience delivering advice on a wide array of commercial agreements, transactions, and policies.

Michelle holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering, which provides her with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of complex scientific concepts. This background enables her to communicate effectively with inventors at universities, research institutions, and technology-driven companies across a wide range of disciplines, including medical devices, autonomous technologies, and mechanical systems. Michelle’s ability to engage with inventors on a technical level allows her to quickly grasp the core innovations behind cutting-edge research and translate them into strategically crafted patent applications. Her interdisciplinary training bridges the gap between science and law, making her a trusted partner in protecting patentable inventions and advancing clients’ commercialization goals.
